The twin skyscrapers will be built in the Central Square, which was recently created and opened at the Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. MGR Chennai Central Railway Station.
The city’s most iconic monument has recently undergone a transformation, and now includes walkways, sitting areas, subways, and landscaping. The project, which cost 400 crore to build, originally included two 31-story buildings. However, because to regulatory concerns, the design had to be altered, according to officials from Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. (CMRL).
The first block will have three basements and 17 levels, while the second would have ground and seven floors, according to the updated proposal.
