From this year, the 701-kilometer Mumbai-Nagpur Expressway will be available to the public in phases.
The greenfield length between Nagpur and Washim district will be available to the public in the first phase starting in May.
Eknath Shinde, the state’s urban development minister, has stated that the first phase will begin in May between Nagpur and Shirdi (Ahmednagar). Until Washim is ready for public usage, it’ll be just the highway.
