Guardian Casting’s New Steel Plant
Guardian Castings Company is planning to set up new Steel plant in Abitghar, Thane, Maharashtra. The project involves manufacturing ms ingots, billets, slabs, blooms, runners, risers, rolling mill bars and structural with capacity of 8000 MT. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on June 2018. On September 2018, the project is in planning stage. As of March 2022, project involves expansion of M.S. Billets from 20,000 TPM to 60,000 TPM and TMT Bars / Channels / Angels / Beam / Structure / Rod / Wire Rod from 20,000 TPM to 60,000 TPM with investment of Rs.1300 Million. The environment clearance for the project is underway.
Larsen And Toubro’s New IT/ITES Building Complex
Larsen And Toubro is planning to take up new IT/ITES building complex in Malumichampatti.Village, Madukkarai , Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The project involves construction of IT/ITES building complex with plot area 55104.02 Sq.M with built up area 171833 Sq.M. The building comprises of block 1, block 2 with combined basement floor (Basement 3, basement 2 + Basement 1) + Ground floor + 11 floors + Terrace Floor. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.3740 million. As of March 2022, environment clearance for the project is underway.
