HG Infra subsidiary gets financial closure for HAM project

HG Raipur Visakhapatnam AP-1 Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited (‘HGINFRA’), has received a letter from the National Highways Authority of India (‘NHAI’) requesting notation of financial close w.e.f. February 25, 2022 for the project Development of Six Lane Aluru – Jakkuva Section of NH-130-CD Road from km 365+033 to km 396+800 under Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economics Corridor in the state of Andhra Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode [Package – 1 (AP)].

Last month, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) had issued HG Infra Engineering a letter of award (LoA) for two hybrid annuity method (HAM) projects.

The project entails the construction of a six-lane Kaliagura-Baunsaguar section of NH-130-CD Road in Odisha, from 249.000 km to 293.000 km, as part of the Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor (Package OD-5) on a hybrid annuity basis (length 44.000 km). The company’s bid project costs Rs 1,492.11 crore.
