Azad Engineering’ New Engineering Components Mfg. Unit
Azad Engineering is planning to take up newengineering components manufacturing unit inShamirpet, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Telanganan. The project involves setting up its second manufacturing facility will spread across 50 acres allotted by Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC). With the new facility, capacity will be expanded to deliver increased capability to cater to aerospace and energy partners. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.5850 million. As of June 2021, pre project activities are going on.
Saar Steel & Power’s New Iron Ore Pelletization Plant
Saar Steel & Power is planning to take up new iron ore pelletization plant in Kunkuni, Tehsil-Kharsia, Raigarh, Chattisgarh. The project involves setting up a pelletization plant (9,00,000 TPA), Sponge Iron 2,31,000 TPA, MS Billets 2,04,000 TPA, Rolling Mill 1,98,000 TPA, CPP 24 MW (WHRB-16 MW and AFBC=8 MW). The estimated cost of the project is Rs.3850 million. As of June 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
