Parsvnath Developers signed a Memorandum of Business Understanding (MoU) with SJP Hotels & Resorts Private Limited (“SJP”), a Migsun Group company, for the construction, development, marketing, and sale of its residential project, “Parsvnath Palacia,” which is located at Plot No. 5, Sector-Pi, Alistonia Estate, Greater Noida, on land measuring 34,999.22 sq mtrs.
The Company has appointed SJP as an exclusive Project Managerial Consultant under the MoU, and SJP will have operational and management control over the Project’s construction, development, marketing, and sale, subject to the Company’s overall supervision.
The above-mentioned project is one of the Company’s continuing projects, and it consists of six multi-story towers with a total height of 150 metres.
