Ramky Estates & Farms Ltd and Genpact have partnered to create a 14-acre project in Hyderabad. The purchase was arranged by property consultant JLL India, according to a statement.
In Uppal, Hyderabad, Genpact and Ramky Estates & Farms Limited (REFL) will develop 14.37 acres of land. The land tract held by IT giant Genpact is located near their Uppal campus. REFL, based in Hyderabad, will build Genpact Grade A offices.
Over the course of five years, Ramky Estates would construct 20 lakh square feet of IT/ITES office space and 9 lakh square feet of residential space in this project.
