Aliens Developers’ Building Construction Project
Desai Electronics is planning to take up in electronic capacitors manufacturing project in Kondhanpur Road, Shivapur, Pune, Maharashtra. The project involves manufacturing of electronic capacitors with capacity of 450 Million Nos. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on January 2021. As of June 2021, the project is in planning stage.
BR Sponge and Power’s Steel Plant Expansion Project
BR Sponge and Power is planning to take up steel plant expansion project in Tumkela, Sundergarh, Odisha. The project involves expanding the steel plant. On October 2020, company received the green signal for the expansion of this project from SLSWCA. As of June 2021, project involves expansion of existing 66000 TPA sponge iron unit to proposed final capacity of beneficiation plant – 18,00,000 TPA throughput, pellet plant – 12,00,000 TPA, sponge iron – 2,97,000 TPA (including existing), billets (Induction Furnace & CCM) – 1,48,500 TPA, rolled products (Rolling mill) – 1,43,460 TPA, CPP of 44 MW (WHRB – 20 MW & AFBC – 24 MW), coal washery of 7,92,000 TPA throughput, producer gas plant – 48,500 Nm3/hr with investment of Rs.2509.4 Million. The environment clearance for the project is underway.
