The Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) has floated a tender for the development of a District Cooling System (DSC) in the Zone-3 of Hyderabad Pharma City on PPP mode.
The estimated value of work envisaged is Rs 1,539 crore.
Capacity of the plant will be 1,25,000 TR and will have a total network length of about 30kms.
The Selected Bidder, who is either a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956/ 2013 or undertakes to incorporate as such prior to execution of the concession agreement (the “Concessionaire”), shall be responsible for designing, engineering, financing, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance of the Project under and in accordance with the provisions of a concession agreement (the “Concession Agreement”) to be entered into between the Selected Bidder and the Authority in the form provided by the Authority as part of the Bidding Documents pursuant hereto.
