The project involves setup unit for manufacturing of Kitchens 3 Lakh Sq. Feet/Year, Wardrobe 1 Lakh Sq. Feet/Year, Beds 300 Nos/Year, Office work station 1000 Nos/Year, Etc. The project is estimated to cost Rs.204.3 million. As of September 2021, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.

SAFE A&T Technology is planning to take up a Air conditioner & refrigeration parts manufacturing project in MIDC Phase-2, Dombivali (E), Thane, Maharashtra. The project involves manufacturing of parts of air conditioner and refrigeration, Filter Drier, Accumulator, Received Oil, Oil Separator with capacity of 10000 Nos/Month. The project is estimated to cost Rs.78.6 million. As of September 2021, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
