Aurionpro recently announced the acquisition of a controlling stake in Toshi Automatic Systems Pvt. Ltd (Toshi Automatic), a manufacturer and supplier of automatic gates used in BRTS, Metro, and Airport Transit projects, based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Toshi Automatic has a large manufacturing plant in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Aurionpro is a well-known AFC player, and this acquisition will result in supply chain integration. Toshi Automatic has been renamed aurionpro-toshiautomatic (ATAS), with a new logo that was recently presented.
With this announcement, ATAS’ whole product line, as well as its manufacturing facility in Ghaziabad, has been rebranded aurionpro-toshiautomatic. At a ceremony, Paresh Zaveri, CMD Aurionpro, and Sanjeev Sachdev, Managing Director, ATAS, unveiled the new logo.
