PalsitDankuniTollway Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited (SPV), has completed financial close on the Project of Six-laning of National Corridor NH-19 from Palsit to Dankuni (up to NH-6 Connector) from km. 588.870 to km. 652.700 (total design length 63.830 km) in West Bengal under the BharatmalaPariyojana.
The overall project cost is Rs 2,314 crore, with a concession duration of 17 years starting from the date of appointment (including a Construction Period of 910 days). From the Appointed Date, the Company will have tolling rights on the Project.
The premium due as a proportion of revenue is 10.8%, beginning one year after the actual completion date and increasing by 1% annually after that.
