In Q3 of FY22, Larsen & Toubro’s Heavy Engineering division secured substantial contracts for its various business sectors.
These orders are valued in the region of Rs 1000 crore to Rs 2500 crore, according to the company’s project classification.
A major contract has been granted to L&T Heavy Engineering’s Modification, Revamp and Upgrade (MRU) Business by a prominent Middle Eastern petroleum industry customer.
It includes detailed engineering, key equipment and component supply, and interdisciplinary site work that includes multiple staggered shutdowns during which the revamp work will be completed.
