Nelco, a satellite communication service provider, announced that it has received a turnkey project worth more than Rs 40 crore from the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) to deliver satellite communications at offshore facilities.
The project’s scope includes the provision, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of ONGC’s captive VSAT-based network.
This network will be utilised to improve the communication infrastructure of ONGC’s offshore installations in Western India, according to a statement from Nelco.
