Earum Pharmaceuticals Ltd has signed a digital memorandum of understanding with the Gujarat government to invest around Rs. 50 crore (fifty crore only) in a manufacturing unit for Pharma Finished Formulation / API.
Various governmental and legal licences, registrations, approvals, and clearances are required for the aforementioned intended expansion. Any such development will be announced by the company as soon as a solid decision is made.
