Shree Rama Newsprint Ltd has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Gujarat government to enter the starch and derivatives manufacturing sector at its current factory (Barbodhan, Surat).
Shree Rama Newsprint is one of India’s largest manufacturers of recycled paper based writing & printing paper and newsprint. Established in 1993, the company is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.
The company is part of Riddhi Siddhi Group – a diversified conglomerate with interests in starch manufacturing, real estate, and wind energy.
The company has a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant with an installed annual capacity of 150,000 MT and is spread over an area of 230 acres in Surat, Gujarat and is strategically located near the Hazira Port.
