At its Greater Noida facility, PG Electroplast has begun producing LED televisions for two customers.
It covers 100,000 square feet and has a 500,000-unit annual installed capacity of televisions with screens up to 70 inches. It’s a fully integrated facility that includes SMT lines for PCB assembly, a clean room for LCM module assembly, final product assembly, and plastic moulding.
PGEL’s Managing Director (Operations), Vikas Gupta, said the company has re-entered the TV manufacturing market, which had been its mainstay for a long time.
