Uralungal Labour Contract Cooperative Society (ULCCS) has awarded Louis Berger (A WSP Company), a worldwide professional services organisation, the full design of the project for the 6-laning of the Thalapady to Chengala portion of NH-17 (New NH-66) in Kasaragod, Kerala.
The National Highways Authority of India awarded ULCCSL the project on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) (NHAI).
Geotechnical investigations, traffic surveys, soil and material testing, highway design, structural design, storm water drainage design, and construction stage design support will all be handled by Louis Berger International (LBI).
