Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan lay the foundation stone for Indore Metro-related projects totaling Rs 1,417 crore, which include the building of 16 stations and an 11-kilometer viaduct.
The CM, speaking at the ceremony, stated that the metro line will be circular in shape, beginning at Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport and travelling through various regions of the city.
During the previous Congress administration, the metro train project in this city came to a halt, he claimed, adding that the project was again moving on at full speed.
