Sika has announced the launch of a new technology centre and manufacturing unit in Pune, India, for high-quality adhesives and sealants.
The expanded R&D labs, as well as the new plant’s production, are geared at meeting the fast expanding demand in the Indian market. Sika will produce items for the transportation, construction, and renewable energy industries on the three new production lines.
“This latest investment in India allows us to further strengthen our position in the country’s construction and industrial sectors,” said Morten Muschak, corporate target market manager, Industry.
