Greenlam South’s New Laminate Plant
Greenlam South is planning to take up new laminate plant in Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh. The project involves setting up of the third laminate plant and particleboard. The company will invest in the latest technology, equipment and new-generation machinery to manufacture particleboards with a capacity of 2,31,000 CBM per annum at an investment of Rs 6000 Million. The company will set up laminate capacity of 3.5 mn sheets and boards per annum at an investment of Rs. 2250 Million. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.9500 million. As of December 2021, pre project activities are going on.
Venky’s New Veterinary Medicine Mfg. Project
Venkys India is planning to take up liquid feed supplement manufacturing project in MIDC Khandala, Satara, Maharashtra. The project involves production of liquid feed supplement with the capacity of 1800 KL/Year. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on November 2020. On March 2021, the project is in planning stage. As of December 2021, project involves manufacturing veterinary medicines powders (600 tonnes/annum) and veterinary medicines liquids (300 kilolitres/annum) to cater the growing demand from poultry industry. The project is expected to be completed by March 2022 and the commercial production will commence from June 2022. The company has acquired land admeasuring 15030 square metres.
