Greenlam, a surfacing solutions company, has planned a Rs 950 crore investment over the next two years to build a third laminate facility, as well as a push into the plywood and particle board market.
Greenlam South Ltd, a completely owned subsidiary of Greenlam Industries situated in Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh, would invest in the new laminate factory and particleboard, according to a release.
While giving the investment data, the business stated that it will invest Rs 600 crore in machinery and Rs 225 crore in laminate capacity.
