- Khatav Man Taluka Agro Processing is planning to take up integrated sugar expansion project in Padal, Tehsil Khatav, Satara, Maharashtra. The project involves expansion of integrated sugar from 2500 to 7500 TCD, Cogen Power from 12 to 32 MW & 120 KLPD Distillery /Ethanol Plant with 4 MW Captive Cogen Power Plant. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.2370 million. As of January 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Parag Agro Foods & Allied Products is planning to take up sugar unit expansion project in Ravadewadi, Pune, Maharashtra. The project involves expansion of sugar unit from 4500 TCD to 7500 TCD, 14 MW to 32 MW of cogeneration and 45 KLPD to 100 KLPD distillery at existing premises. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.2983 million. As of April 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Swaraj India Agro is planning to take up sugar unit expansion project in Upalave, Tal – Phaltan, Satara, Maharashtra. The project involves expansion of sugar (4900 TCD to 15000 TCD ), 19.5 MW to 100 MW cogeneration & 60 KLPD to 1100 KLPD distillery. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.9500 million. As of April 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Dwarikesh Sugar Industries is planning to take up Sugar plant expansion project in Village- Bundki, Block- Kotwali, Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. The project involves expansion of existing sugar plant from capacity 6500 TCD to 7500 TCD cane crushing capacity. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.70 million. As of April 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Karmyogi Ankushrao Tope Sahakari Sakhar Karhana is planning to take up sugar unit expansion project in Tirthpuri, Tal. Ghansawangi, Jalna, Maharashtra. The project involves to expand its capacity of sugar unit from 2500 TCD to 5000 TCD, 15 MW cogeneration plant and 60 KLPD distillery unit. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.2224.918 million. As of May 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Ashok Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana is planning to take up sugar manufacturing project in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. The project involves manufacturing of sugar with capacity of 4000 TCD. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on February 2021. As of May 2021, the project is in planning stage.
