Within a week, the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy will dispatch a team to Ladakh to assist the administration in resolving challenges, primarily related to land, in the construction of a 10-gigawatt (GW) renewable energy project. Union Power and New & Renewable Energy Minister R K Singh presided over a high-level meeting that made the decision.
In a statement, the power ministry said,’Union Minister for Power and Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, R K Singh, reviewed the implementation of 10-GW renewable energy project along with its evacuation plan.’
