By the end of the current fiscal year, Pricol expects to announce joint ventures (JVs) in a few segments.
The company, which aims to be debt-free by March 2023, is in talks for joint ventures in sectors such as sensors and connected vehicle solutions, according to Vikram Mohan, MD.
“We are investing time in the Internet of Things and connected vehicle solutions. We have also decided to have a heavier play in sensors. Some joint ventures we are planning are in these segments. We will announce the joint ventures by the end of March 2022,” Vikram Mohan said.
