With a ticket size of Rs 604.38 crores, DVC has developed a Flue Gas Desulphurization System for 2×500 MW Unit-7&8 of MTPS.
Installation of Flue Gas Desulphurisation System at MTPS 2×500 MW Unit-7 & 8 is part of this project in the Electricity Generation [Non-Renewable] sub-sector.
The project is now in Work in Progress and is being developed under the EPC process.
The deployment of the FGD System will reduce pollution in the surrounding area’s environment.
A total of 10.4 acres have been acquired for the project which is expected to be completed before 30 April 2023.
