Indian Metals and Ferro Alloys’ New Ferro Chrome Unit
Indian Metals and Ferro Alloys is planning to take up a new ferro chrome unit in Kalinga Nagar, Jajpur, Odisha. The project involves setting up a ferro chrome unit (96,000 MT per annum) and 10 MW WHRB power plant. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.5471.9 million. On October 2019, the company has entered into state government for approval process. As of October 2021, company is hopeful of getting land allocation for its project. It plans to commence work on the project in 2022.
Indo Bakels’ New Bakery Ingredients Mfg. Project
Indo Bakels is planning to take up new bakery ingredients manufacturing project in Vasantha Narasapura Industrial Area, Tumakuru, Karnataka . The project involves establishment of unit for manufacturing of bakery ingredients. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.400 million. On June 2021, State Single Window Clearance & Monitoring Authority has approved the proposal. As of October 2021, the project work has commenced.
