The Board of Directors of Sportking India Ltd discussed and approved the installation of a rooftop solar power project with a capacity of about 20 MW at their existing factory units for captive consumption at their meeting on October 23, 2021, and the project is expected to be completed in 6-8 months.
The Board also discussed the status of the deployment of an extra 15% capacity (40800 spindles) for textile yarn manufacturing, which is on track.
Sportking India Ltd’s stock traded at Rs. 1468.35 on the BSE, up from Rs. 1458.35 the day before. A total of 31480 shares were moved in approximately 2299 deals during the day.
