Maasters Infra Group, founded by seasoned professionals and supported by K. R. A. Engineers & Contractors, a five-decade-old infrastructure organisation, has unveiled its first commercial project, Maasters Capitol Avenue, which spans 5 acres in Sector 62, Noida.
The project, which will be created in a single phase, will include office space and retail; the overall area of the project will be 10,00,000 sq ft, and it would be completed in 42 to 45 months at a cost of roughly Rs 250 crore.
The investment would be made through internal accrual, and the entire sales realisation from the project will be between Rs 600 crore and Rs 750 crore, according to the firm.
