Spenta Corporation has introduced Amber as part of its Ornata project in Mumbai’s Chembur neighbourhood. The new skyscraper will be built in collaboration with the Mumbai-based Sabari Group.
Ornata will provide completely furnished 1BHK and 2BHK residences beginning at Rs 76 lakhs and Rs 1.15 crore, respectively. The proposed 26-story tower will include eight flats on each floor. It is full of social facilities and has a view of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link as well as connection to the Eastern Express Highway and the Santacruz-Chembur Link Road.
