The first phase of the Urban Square mall in Udaipur has been constructed by the Bhumika Group. Around 1 million square feet of the total 1.8 million square feet is ready for fit outs. The mixed-use complex includes a mall and multiplex with retail, lifestyle, offices, a five-star hotel, a food court, a gaming zone, and several other entertainment choices.
At the IMAGES Shopping Centre Awards, (ISCA) 2021, in partnership with the Shopping Centres Association of India, the Udaipur mall was named Most Admired Upcoming Shopping Centre.
The Maharana Pratap Airport is 20 minutes away, while the city centre is 7 minutes away.
