The construction of a new production facility or plant at Industrial Area, Salarpur, Bhiwadi, Distt – Alwar, Rajasthan, had previously been announced by Ram Ratna Wires Ltd (RRWL).
The Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation Limited (RIICO) has granted the company a long-term lease for 99 years on a parcel of industrial land measuring 39,680 square metres at Industrial Area, Salarpur, Bhiwadi, Distt. – Alwar, Rajasthan.
As of June 16, 2023, per the possession letter dated June 16, 2023, RRWL has taken possession of the aforementioned industrial land.
Also, Epavo Electricals Private Limited (“Epavo”), a joint venture subsidiary company, of RRWL has also been allotted industrial land, admeasuring 20,000 square meters for setting up of manufacturing facility / plant at Industrial Area, Salarpur, Bhiwadi, Distt – Alwar, Rajasthan, on long term lease for 99 years by RIICO and Epavo has also taken possession of the aforementioned industrial land on 16th June, 2023, vide its possession letter dated 16th June, 2023.
