A subsidiary of Godrej Agrovet (GAVL), AstecLifeSciences opened its research and development (R&D) facility in Rabale, Maharashtra.
According to a statement from the company, the “Adi Godrej Centre for Chemical Research and Development” facility will concentrate on innovation, developing safe, sustainable solutions for people and the environment, and offering services to forward-thinking businesses in the contract development & manufacturing space.
“Contrasting with the global CAGR of 10%, the CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) market for chemicals in India is anticipated to expand at a rate of 12%. This highlights the sector’s promise, and our new facility will allow us to increase our capabilities, particularly in the CDMO arena “Anurag Roy, the CEO of AstecLifeSciences, remarked.
