At the Dholera SIR (Special Investment Area), Navagam Karna, a cargo airport is now being built.
For Dholera SIR, a number of projects are planned, including a multipurpose cargo airport project that will cost Rs 13,000 crore.
After the Central government made the decision, the first phase of building the airport on the property started, and work has been proceeding for the past six months. Large machinery, including numerous trucks, has been used for the project.
