Merlin Group plans to build World Trade Center in Kolkata

The World Trade Centers Association and the real estate developer Merlin Group have agreed to work together to build a 3.5 million square foot World Trade Center in Kolkata.

Scott Wang, vice president of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA), Asia Pacific region, and Sushil Mohta, chairman along with Saket Mohta, managing director of Merlin Group, Kolkata, properly executed the License Agreement for the project. Over Rs 1,500 crore was invested in the building of the facility in Salt Lake, West Bengal.

Scott Wang made a comment, stating that it would aid in luring business with foreign nations and also encourage trade and business through 320 Global Trade Centers dispersed throughout roughly 100 countries worldwide.
