NACL Mulitchem receives environmental clearance for Andhra facility

Setting up a manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh acquired environmental certification from NACL Industries subsidiary NACL Multichem.

The manufacturer of agrochemicals reported that NACL Multichem has received environmental approval from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) for the building of a manufacturing plant at Ranastalam Mandal, Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh.

With a 264.615 TPD production capacity, the aforementioned facility would manufacture a variety of agrochemicals, synthetic organic compounds, and fluorine-based chemicals in addition to having a cogeneration power plant (6 MW).

Crop protection technology (active ingredient) and formulations are manufactured and exported by NACL Industries. It produces a variety of pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, and other compounds for plant growth.

The company’s formulation business is mainly in the Indian market, and it sells through its large retail dealer network spread across India; it also has a range of branded formulations.
