To fulfil rising global demand, Gulbrandsen, a leader in specialty chemicals, has begun producing triethylaluminum (TEAL) at a new manufacturing plant in Dahej, Gujarat.
In the production of polyolefins, synthetic rubber, medicines, and other fine chemicals, aluminium alkyls serve as co-catalysts.
“This investment supports Gulbrandsen’s commitment to meet the growing needs of our customers for high quality aluminum alkyls. The Dahej site will also play a vital role in achieving our long-term strategic targets and strengthen our presence in an attractive high-growth market,” says Ron Hatchell, Global Business Director, Organometallics at Gulbrandsen.
