As part of its development into India, Fortune Park Hotels, a member of the ITC group, intends to add 15 additional hotels with 1,500 rooms to its portfolio over the next 2.5 years. The hospitality company is growing to top-tier, tier-two, and top-tier locations across the nation. The development plan, which would add about 1,200 rooms, includes the planned locations in Kalimpong, Hoshiarpur, Amritsar, Tirupur, and Goa. Its portfolio of properties for pilgrimage tourism includes ones in Tirupati, Madurai, and the most recent one in Katra. The Golden Temple is not far from its future Amritsar property. Shirdi, Ajmer, and Deoghar are potential future locations.
