MoRTH floats tender for the improvement of the Hamirpur-Karnohal section

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways of the Government of India has sought proposals for the upgrade of the Hamirpur-Karnohal Section in Himachal Pradesh.

The scope of work comprises repair and upgrade to two-lane configuration of the Hamirpur-Karnohal Section (141.000 km to 181.000 km) of NH-70 in Himachal Pradesh under the Green National Highways Corridor Project (GNHCP) with World Bank loan support on an EPC basis.

The project’s projected cost is Rs 290.83 crore, with a completion date of 30 months.
