Britannia Industries’ New Greenfield Plant
Britannia Industries is planning to take up new greenfield plant in either Hardoi or Barabanki districts, Uttar Pradesh. The project involves setting up greenfield plant spanning roughly 30 acres, will manufacture a variety of confectionary products, including bread, biscuits etc. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.3000 million. On August 2020, pre project activities are going on. As of October 2021, The commercial production is expected to begin in 15 months. The facility is spread over 30 acres and has an annual production capacity of 1.25 lakh tonnes.
Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions’ New Electric Vehicle Mfg. Unit
Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions is planning to take up new electric vehicle manufacturing unit in Andhra Pradesh. The project involves setting up new facilities for electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, advanced technology battery manufacturing and battery swapping stations. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.17500 million. As of October 2021, pre project activities are going on.
