Walton Street BlackSoil Real Estate Debt Fund II (WSBREDF-II) has invested Rs 110 crores in two low-income housing projects in Hyderabad and Chennai.
These projects are constructed by Krishnaiah Projects Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of the Bollineni group, and Jain Housing and Construction.
Krishnaiah Projects Pvt Ltd’s Project Zion is located in Chennai and is part of the final phase of an established township with 600 apartments, whereas Jain Housing and Construction’s Project Salzburg has 425 units.
