UK-based SRAM and MRAM to Invest Rs 2 lakh crore in Odisha

The UK-based SRAM & MRAM Group VC, Gurujee Kumaran Swamy, said during the Make in Odisha (MIO) Conclave, 2022, that the group would spend Rs 2 lakh crore in Odisha to create a semiconductor factory.

The business initially chose to invest Rs 30,000 crore. Earlier, CM Naveen Patnaik was informed on the proposed project by VC Swamy and the company’s agent for Odisha, Debadutta Singh Deo.

Intel, Oracle, Global Foundries, Jupiter Solar, Deloitte, IBM, Happiest Minds, Adani Group, EY, and Aaron Capital are some of the other significant businesses that made investment commitments or signed memoranda of understanding.
