Indospace to invest Rs 3,000 crorein warehousing, logistics space

Developer of industrial and logistic parks IndoSpace announced that it will spend Rs 3,000 crore in the storage and logistics sector in Karnataka.

With its Grade-A industrial parks already operating in Bommasandra and Nelamangla I, as well as forthcoming facilities in Nelamangala II and Naraspura, the company already has a significant presence in the state.

In order to make this anticipated investment in the state of Karnataka, according to IndoSpace, an initial agreement has been inked.

The seven-year agreement is anticipated to create 14,000 new jobs.

The corporation claimed that by making this investment, the state will be able to draw in more capital and address the growing needs of sectors related to storage and logistics.
