- Shah Foils is planning to take up new stainless steel manufacturing project in Santej, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The project involves manufacturing stainless steel cold rolled coils strips and circles with capacity 43200 MT. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on October 2019. As of January 2020, the project is in planning stage.
- Ratnamani Metals & Tubes is planning to take up a new pipes and tubes manufacturing project in Indrad, Mehsana, Gujarat. The project involves manufacturing of hot extruded stainless seamless pipes and tubes with capacity 30000 MT. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on November 2019. On February 2020, the project is in planning stage. As of July 2021, project involves expansion of pipe and tubes manufacturing unit with capacity stainless steel seamless and welded pipes & tubes 7,500 TPA, stainless steel hot extruded and
cold finished pipes & tubes 29,000 TPA and Fin Tube 1,000 TPA with investment Rs.3160 Million. The environment clearance for the project is underway. - Paladugu Pipes And Tubes is planning to take up a new SS pipes manufacturing project in Industrial Park, Chandragiri Mandal, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. The project involves manufacturing of SS pipes with capacity 20000 kg/day. The project is estimated to cost Rs.58.9 million. As of March 2020, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
- Prins Brothers is planning to take up new stainless steel products manufacturing project in Narnadi, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The project involves manufacturing of stainless steel flat, s.s.patta, s.s patti, etc with capacity 1 Lakhs MT. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on December 2019. As of May 2020, the project is in planning stage.
- Jindal Stainless is planning to take up stainless steel expansion project in Kalinganagar, Jajpur, Odisha. The project involves ecpanding the Stainless Steel capacity from 1.1 MTPA to 3.2 MTPA and Cold Rolling Mill capacity from 0.8 MTPA to 2.4 MTPA. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.68400 million. On November 2020, state government has approved investments proposal. On January 2021, project involves expansion of crude stainless steel production from 2.2 MTPA to 3.2 MTPA and cold rolling mill from 1.6 MTPA to 2.6 MTPA within the existing premises with investment Rs.40680 Million. The environment clearance for the project is underway. As of April 2021, project involves expansion of crude steel production from 2.2 MTPA to 4.5 MTPA and cold rolling mill from 1.6 MTPA to 2.6 MTPA within the existing premises with investment of Rs.60170 Million. The environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Ratnesh Metal Industries is planning to take up in new stainless ingot, items manufacturing project in Vijapur, Mehsana, Gujarat. The project involves manufacturing of stainless ingot, items with capacity 5000 MT. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on September 2020. As of December 2020, the project is in planning stage.
