Bengal government allots land to Jubilant Foodworks

Jubilant Foodworks, which manages well-known fast food companies Domino’s Pizza and Dunkin Donuts in India, has received property from the Bengal government.

Amardeep Singh Aluwalia, executive vice-president and chief operational officer of Jubilant, received the order for the award of the 12.72 acre plot, opening the way for the establishment of the company’s new manufacturing base.

In this food processing facility, the company, which has a market capitalization of close to Rs 40,000 crore, will produce spices, sauces, condiments, and confections.

The venture’s agreement of understanding was inked in April during the Bengal Global Business Summit 2022.
