My Sage Hospital’s New Hospital Project
My Sage Hospital is planning to take up a new hospital project in Bawadiya Kalan, Huzur, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The project involves construction of hospital with 270 beds with built up area 11098.750 Sq Mtr and shops 63 Nos.. The project is estimated to cost Rs.178.8 million. As of October 2021, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
Blue Star’s New AC Mfg. Plant
Blue Star’s newly formed wholly owned subsidiary, Blue Star Climatech, is planning to take up new AC manufacturing plant in Sri City, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. The project involves setting up a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The construction of the first phase of 30,000 sq meters will be completed by July 2022. Hence, this facility will be operational by Q2FY23 and will primarily manufacture room ACs with a maximum capacity of 12 lakh units per annum. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.5500 million. As of October 2021, the Company performed Bhoomi Pujan and has laid the foundation stone at the site.
