Lesha Industries Limited has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was scheduled Monday (01/08/2022), inter alia, to consider and approve the proposal of developing the Industrial Land of the Company situated at Kerala GIDC, Ahmedabad into an Industrial Park, subject to the requisite approval of Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) and such other statutory/ regulatory authority, as required.
The company primarily is into business of trading and manufacturing of various steels products and in the business of information Technology & Allied Services. The company also operates in the capital market in shares and stocks.
The company was established with aim to provide cutting edge technological services & solutions in heterogeneous networking segment.
