The Agra Bypass (Northern) project, which will connect NH-19 (former NH-2) with the Yamuna Expressway in Uttar Pradesh, has received proposals from 24 construction companies.
The six-lane new greenfield highway will go from 174.500 kilometres of NH-19 north of RaipuraJat to 141.000 kilometres of the Yamuna Expressway. A new bridge over the Yamuna River will be erected along the way.
In October 2021, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) issued a tender for its construction, with a budget of Rs 483.07 crore and a deadline of 730 days.
